TEAMSON HOME

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Teamson is a global e-commerce furniture brand selling across the US, Canada, and European markets through major retail platforms including Amazon, Target, Walmart, and Wayfair.

As the graphic designer on Teamson's Global Marketing team, I led a comprehensive refresh of the brand's visual presence across Amazon and the brand website. The existing listings had outdated AI-generated imagery that misrepresented the products, inconsistent layouts across sub-pages, and weak visual hierarchy — all undermining credibility in competitive Western markets.

Working independently and owning all design decisions, I rebuilt the brand store layout, standardized the visual system across sub-pages, and developed a new lifestyle imagery direction. The core creative challenge: producing realistic, high-quality visuals almost entirely from white-background product photos, with no physical products available on-site. I built a precise AI-assisted art direction workflow to close that gap.

The results were measurable. In the 30 days following the redesign, the US storefront maintained comparable total sales on significantly lower traffic — with sales per visitor more than doubling (+136%) — pointing to a meaningful improvement in conversion quality. The UK storefront saw sales grow 87% and orders grow 113% over the same period. The redesign also earned direct approval from the CEO and board.

AMAZON STOREFRONT REFRESH

Teamson Home's brand store lacked visual consistency and hierarchy. I rebuilt the layout, art-directed new lifestyle imagery, and unified the visual identity across 100+ product listings resulting in a 2x improvement in storefront conversion rate.

BEFORE

AFTER

With no physical products available, I developed an AI-assisted art direction workflow to produce realistic lifestyle scenes entirely from white-background product photos.

  • Inconsistent visual and navigation hierarchy across the storefront.

  • Low-quality AI and Photoshop imagery undermined brand trust and perceived product quality.

  • Collaborated with the Amazon Marketing team to restructure product categorization across 100+ products, improving storefront navigation and product discoverability.

  • Applied data-driven hero product selection for each category using Best Seller, Best Rated, New Releases, and featured product data sourced from the product and marketing teams.

  • Rebuilt the lifestyle image pipeline using AI generation and Photoshop retouching to produce high-end, realistic visuals.

I developed a campaign concept that pairs each cabinet name from our new collection with a complementary font, giving customers a visual sense of the collection's personality and intent.

Following the redesign, Teamson Home's US storefront saw conversion rate improve from 1.5% to 3.1% over the next 30-day period, with sales growing 14% on the same traffic. The UK storefront grew 87% in sales, more than doubled its order volume, and reached a 15% visitor-to-order conversion rate in the same window.

AI VIDEO ADS PRODUCTION PIPELINE

Built an AI-assisted video production pipeline using the product team's existing 3D models — rigging, animating, and generating lifestyle footage without a physical shoot. Assembled final ads in Premiere Pro with product callouts and music for Amazon Ads and the brand store.

1. CREATIVE DIRECTION

Analyzed existing footage and worked with the marketing team to establish a visual direction — matching lifestyle imagery as background to unify the style and ground the furniture in a realistic setting.

3. AI GENERATION

AI couldn't animate the drawer opening convincingly from a certain angle, so I generated footage across multiple shot angles to find the most convincing way to simulate the opening drawer. I also generated footage across multiple shot angles to build an interesting motion

2. 3D RIGGING & ANIMATION

Started with the product team's existing manufacturing models as the base asset, then I rigged the model and blocked out camera movement in Blender to establish motion reference.

4. VIDEO EDITING

Drawer movement achieved, also adding multi-angle generation and natural light, delivering the intended motion without fighting AI's limitations.

Also produced a fountain video ad using AI-generated footage from lifestyle images. Added custom water sound design to reinforce the product's core appeal.

48 FOUNTAINS AMAZON A+ REFRESH

I rebuilt the A+ content and product page visuals across 48 Teamson Home fountain listings. Replacing outdated AI-generated imagery with art-directed lifestyle visuals and restructuring the layout for clearer hierarchy and a cleaner, product-focused presentation.

  • Low-effort composite imagery with product cutouts dropped onto mismatched backgrounds

  • Fountain placement felt arbitrary and unrealistic for the target audience

  • The layout lacked structure; a generic company overview appeared mid-page with no relevance to the product

  • Closing imagery had no descriptive context to guide the customer

BEFORE

  • Art-directed hero image customized to each fountain, anchored by three key selling points

  • Dedicated nighttime lifestyle section for LED-equipped fountains

  • Full-bleed lifestyle section communicating durability and year-round outdoor use

  • Three-scene placement section: Backyard, Garden, and Deck, showing realistic use contexts

  • The final section covers specs and package contents with a clean measurement diagram and an itemized list

In the 30-day period following the listing refresh, the Outdoor Fountains storefront page saw attributed sales rise from $2,300 to $10,200, with category page views growing from 839 to 2,165. Conversion rate also improved over the same window.

AFTER

AMAZON BRAND STORY REFRESH

I rebuilt the Amazon product pages’ Brand Story section. Replacing outdated AI-generated imagery with art-directed lifestyle visuals and restructuring the layout for clearer hierarchy and a cleaner, category-focused presentation.

BEFORE

  • A single generic layout is applied to every product with no customization, and doing so causes a long scroll without focusing on any product.

  • Panels featured unrelated products, breaking the customer's focus from the listing they were viewing

AFTER

  • Dedicated designs organized by collection and category

  • Leveraged existing photoshoot and white background imagery to create more compelling visuals

  • Consistent product angles across panels for a cleaner, more cohesive presentation

  • Added a call to action at the bottom of each listing to drive engagement

BLACK FRIDAY CAMPAIGN

I produced a visual for Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale. This design is used to promote sales on all platforms, including storefront, Amazon, and social media
